GBWA Subsidy ID Card — Guidelines & FAQ (Telugu & English)

1. దరఖాస్తు ఎలా చేయాలి / How to Apply

1. Fill in Beneficiary Name and Age.
1. లబ్ధిదారుని పేరు మరియు వయస్సు నమోదు చేయండి.
2. Enter your 10-digit Mobile Number correctly — this number cannot be changed later without editing your application.
2. మీ 10 అంకెల మొబైల్ నెంబర్ సరిగ్గా నమోదు చేయండి — ఇది తర్వాత మార్చాలంటే మీ దరఖాస్తు Edit చేయవలసి ఉంటుంది.
3. Enter Nominee Name, Nominee Age, and Nominee Mobile Number.

4. Enter your 12-digit Aadhar Number in the three boxes — it will jump to the next box automatically after 4 digits.

6. Upload Beneficiary Photo and Nominee Photo. You may take a fresh photo using your phone camera (front or rear) or choose an existing picture of any size — it will be compressed automatically.

7. Read the Disclaimer, tick the agreement box, and click SUBMIT.

English: On successful submission you will be shown your ID Card Number in the format GBWA-SUBSIDY ID NO. 00001. Note it down. Your application then goes for review.

తెలుగు: విజయవంతంగా సమర్పించిన తర్వాత మీ ఐడీ కార్డ్ నెంబర్ GBWA-SUBSIDY ID NO. 00001 రూపంలో చూపబడుతుంది. దానిని రాసి పెట్టుకోండి. మీ దరఖాస్తు సమీక్ష కోసం పంపబడుతుంది.

2. మీ ఐడీ కార్డ్ డౌన్‌లోడ్ చేసుకోవడం ఎలా / How to Download Your ID Card

1. Once your application is Approved, click the "Download ID Card" button on top of the page.
1. మీ దరఖాస్తు ఆమోదించబడిన తర్వాత, పేజీ పైన ఉన్న "Download ID Card" బటన్ నొక్కండి.
2. Enter the middle 4 digits of your Aadhar number, the last 5 digits of your mobile number, and the Nominee's Birth Year.
2. మీ ఆధార్ నెంబర్ మధ్యలో ఉన్న 4 అంకెలు, మీ మొబైల్ నెంబర్ చివరి 5 అంకెలు, మరియు నామినీ పుట్టిన సంవత్సరం నమోదు చేయండి.
3. Click DOWNLOAD. Your ID Card preview will appear on screen — click "Download PNG" to save the image to your phone or computer.

English: You can also reach this verification screen by clicking "⬇ Download your ID Card" next to your name on the Approved List page.

3. దరఖాస్తులో మార్పులు చేయడం / Editing Your Application

1. After downloading, if any detail is wrong, click "Edit Application" on the card preview screen.
1. డౌన్‌లోడ్ చేసిన తర్వాత, ఏదైనా వివరం తప్పుగా ఉంటే, కార్డ్ ప్రివ్యూ స్క్రీన్‌లో "Edit Application" నొక్కండి.
2. Make your corrections and click UPDATE. Your ID Card preview will refresh — click Download PNG again to get the corrected card.
2. మార్పులు చేసి UPDATE నొక్కండి. మీ ఐడీ కార్డ్ ప్రివ్యూ మళ్లీ కనిపిస్తుంది — సరిచేసిన కార్డ్‌ను పొందడానికి మళ్లీ Download PNG నొక్కండి.
English: You can edit your application a MAXIMUM of 2 times. After the 2nd edit, the self-service download option will stop working, and you must contact the GBWA office directly for any further changes.

తెలుగు: మీరు మీ దరఖాస్తును గరిష్టంగా 2 సార్లు మాత్రమే మార్చుకోగలరు. రెండవ మార్పు తర్వాత, స్వీయ-సేవా డౌన్‌లోడ్ ఆప్షన్ పనిచేయదు, తదుపరి మార్పుల కోసం నేరుగా GBWA కార్యాలయాన్ని సంప్రదించాలి.
